Meatbox Return and Refund Policy

At Meatbox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items eligible for return must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, such as fresh meat, cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale are final and not eligible for return.

3. Reporting a Problem

  • To report an issue with your order, contact our customer support team at meatboxteam@gmail.com or 8072289143 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos of the damaged or defective items.

4. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item(s) from your location.
  • Please ensure the items are securely packed for the return shipment.

5. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

6. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

8. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at meatboxteam@gmail.com or 8072289143.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
