Meatbox Payment Policy

At Meatbox, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment process for all our customers. Please review our payment policy to understand the payment methods we accept and the terms associated with your transactions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
  • Digital Wallets: Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.
  • UPI Payments: Unified Payments Interface transactions through supported apps.
  • Net Banking: Major Indian banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected locations.

2. Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption to protect your payment information.
  • We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • If your payment is unsuccessful, please check your payment details and try again or use an alternative payment method.

  • Ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and is not expired.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for canceled orders or returned items will be processed as per our [Return Policy/Refund Policy].
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for selected locations and orders within certain limits.
  • Please prepare the exact cash amount as delivery personnel may not carry change.
  • Failure to make the payment at the time of delivery may result in the order being canceled.

7. Promotional Offers and Discounts

  • Promotional offers and discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Meatbox app are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of placing the order will be honored.

9. Invoice and Receipts

  • An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
  • You can also view and download your order receipt from the Meatbox app under your account order history.
